Revision of Cadmium emissions over time

The marginal changes within the National Total reported for 1990 (-0.03 t | -0.10 %) mainly result from newly implemented estimates for NFR 5.C.2 (+0.06 t) and
revised estimates for NFRs 1.A.3.b vi (-0,07 t) and 5.E (-0,01 t). - Additional smaller changes occur troughout NFR 1.

with the biggest absolute revisions occuring in NFRs 1.A.3.b vi (-0.11 t) and 1.A.4.a (+ 0.19 t).
Here, the strongest relative change occurs in NFR 1.A.4.a with +6,540 %.
